Nowadays, people are always seen carrying a water bottle like what we have in the picture. Specially here in the Philippines. We are located in a tropical country and hot weather is always expected. No one wants to experience thirst and lead to dehydration. Drinking at least eight glasses or two liters of water a day is a must. Keeping ourselves hydrated also gives us healthy benefits. Here are some of it.
  1. Drinking water maintains the balance of fluids in our body.
  2. Water help control calories.
  3. Water helps energize muscles.
  4. Water helps skin looking good.
  5. Water helps your kidneys
  6. Water helps maintain normal bowel function.
Always bring a water with you wherever you go. Have a reusable water bottle to avoid spending on buying water from time to time. 

What is the best time to drink water?
2 glasses of water after waking up. This helps activate your internal organs
1 glass 30 minutes before a meal. This helps digestion.
1 glass before taking a bath. This helps lower blood pressure
1 glass before going to bed. This helps prevent stroke and heart attack

If you are aiming on loosing the muffin top in your belly. Here is a simple drink recipe that can help you lose that muffin.
1 cucumber
1 lemon
fresh ginger
8 glasses of filtered water
Leave this in fridge overnight and then consume the following day. You can loose up to 4 inches of your excess waist fat in a week.
