I am no expert when it comes to wearing winged eyeliner. I am still honing this skill. I admire those who can do this trick so perfectly. However if you are like me. A newbie in this then I only have three things to share.

1. Go for a liquid liner that dries quickly.

2. Always have a wet wipes beside you

3. Practice Practice Practice

I know the third one is given but you cannot doubt it as it works in everything . You can never perfect something if you don't practice. You will see a lot of tutorials online but if you do not put those into practice then how would you master the art of it.
